Manager - Policy & RIsk

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct Periodic Portfolio Analysis to find emerging credit risks
• Devise strategies through Product/Process intervention to manage emerging risks
• Conduct periodic review of internal processes/policies to ensure compliance with RBI guidelines
• Devise and Implement steps to correct policy/process discrepancy
• Design and Draft new processes and policies with due consultation with all stakeholders
• Collaborate with technology team to ensure changes in processes and policies are implemented
• Collaborate with Legal, Technical, RCU and other vendors to improve the overall process and train them for new products/processes.

Qualification/Skills

• CA/MBA with 4-5 year experience in Policy and Risk in a Bank or NBFC
• Experience in Retail Lending is a pre-requisite

Exposure to MicroLAP portfolio and advanced knowledge of excel or knowledge of analytics tool shall be an added advantage

Work Environment

• Full-time position based in BKC - Mumbai.
• Occasional travel may be required.
