Job Description
- Total 7+ years of experience in IT Operations & Application Support
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database is desirable
- Working knowledge with Manage Engine or Service Now is desirable
- Incidence management and root cause analysis
- Strong experience in SQL, database tuning, capacity planning based on the performance of the application is a plus
- Passion for solving complex problems actively that delights the customers
- Possess good organizational and communication skills with a Can Do attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Strong & excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to dive in and learn complex systems
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and to provide technical skills support to the team with high collaboration is key
- Collaborate with team members & other internal teams to resolve or escalate complex technical issues and customer requests quickly and effectively
- Follow up with customers as appropriate to ensure incidents, requests and problems have been resolved
- To prioritise tasks and requests in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements
- Independently prioritise work tasks and meet tight deadlines
- To work effectively within a team and independently (remotely)
