Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner relationships to expand the distribution network of PURE EV products.
  • Oversee cash flow, operations, and any issues that arise with existing dealers, ensuring they are addressed by the relevant internal teams.
  • Collaborate with local retail finance companies to secure favorable partnerships for dealers.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, product development, and after-sales service teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives and partner success.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets for PURE EVs electric scooters, motorcycles, and battery technology.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners, focusing on product knowledge, sales processes, and technical details to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.


Preferred candidate profile

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in sales or marketing will be an advantage.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities for market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Other Requirements:


  • Willingness to relocate to the company's headquarters in Sangareddy.
  • Ability to travel as required for dealer visits and market expansion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages will be advantageous.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for renewable energy and electric vehicles.

Bonus:


1-3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or dealer management.
