Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for Plum's healthcare offerings, aligning product investments with business goals and user needs.

Develop and implement key product processes that balance innovation with reliability in healthcare delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity.

Product Development & Innovation:-.

Partner with customers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to understand explicit and latent needs in the healthcare space.

Collaborate closely with High-Performing Engineering teams to build scalable healthcare products that meet stringent quality and compliance requirements.

Drive product discovery through user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments.

Author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex healthcare features.

Make critical decisions across multiple domains â"” from healthcare regulations to user experience â"” that help your team move forward efficiently.

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare technology.

Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams in complex domains.

Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Deep analytical skills for testing product hypotheses and generating actionable insights.

Experience in building and scaling healthcare products with demonstrated commercial success.

Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
