Purchase Executive

Responsibilities :
Purchase Invoice entries and Challan Entries into ERP System
Preparing Indent and Purchase Orders.
Obtaining daily material report from sites
Reconciling material received as per purchase order.
Preparing and maintaining Contractor Reports
Collating data and preparing reports to be sent to senior management
Follow up with vendors for discrepancies in Invoices and get it resolved timely.

Skills:
Worked with Tally and ERP systems (Knowledge of FARVISION ERP is an advantage)
Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of procurement.
Knowledge of GST.
Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
Good Communication skills via Email / Telephone

Preference - Candidate from Mumbai only.
