Need to be good in Excel(x- lookup,Pivot table , chart prepare)

Strong communication & negotiation

Should be able to communicate with vendors in writing in english.

Should have knowledge of procurement process & ERP system(NAV)

Strong understanding of inventory management.

Ability to work on multiple tasks.

Source ,evaluate and negotiate with vendors.

Maintain procurement records & databases

Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.

Vendor development , purchase planning.

Handle procurement of materials & services.
