What we are looking for in you-

• Sourcing suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to ensure the availability of non-technical goods and services required by the organization
• Purchase requisitions: Review purchase requisitions, analyze specifications, and determine appropriate sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
• Supplier selection: Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct supplier assessments, and make recommendations regarding the selection of suppliers based on factors such as cost, quality, delivery, and reliability.
• Supplier management: Manage relationships with suppliers, monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure that contractual obligations are met.
• Purchase order management: Generate purchase orders, review and verify purchase order terms and conditions, track order status, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Cost optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes.
• Contract management: Review and negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage contract renewals and extensions as necessary.
• Floating RA / RFP & RFQ
• Benchmarking the Prevailing Market rates for all sourcing vis a vis with finalised rates
• Weekly / Monthly Sourcing Report to be published
• Vendor Assessment & Performance Review Every Quarter
• Vendor Assessment & Performance Review Every Quarter
• Meetings with Users & along with Partners
• Audits & Mitigation
• Non Medical sourcing GRN Governance & Reporting
• Managing Total Spent
• Achieving 10% savings on overall spent

Required Education

Essential-Degree / Engineering

Desirable- Graduation

Experience- 3-5 Years of Experience

Stakeholder interfaces- All vendors and internal users
