Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract management.
  
• Develop new vendors through effective market research and negotiation skills.
  
• Conduct cost rationalization exercises to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  
• Handle pressure situations with confidence and conviction when negotiating prices or terms.
  
• Plan and execute purchases efficiently using selling skills and marketing strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in purchase management or related field.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective negotiation with vendors.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in cost reduction techniques such as costing analysis and pricing strategy development.
