Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who can efficiently manage the following tasks related to out-of-stock products for Dentalkart:

• Handle out-of-stock product data and updates on the Dentalkart website.
• Communicate with existing vendors via calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc., to check product availability.
• Prepare daily reports on out-of-stock products in Excel format.
• Place orders for products as per requirements, when necessary.
• Identify and research new dental product vendors online.
• Oversee the vendor onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with vendors via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
• Data Management: Proficiency in managing and updating product data, especially related to out-of-stock items.
• Excel Proficiency: Skilled in creating detailed reports, managing data, and performing calculations in Excel.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address product availability issues and find solutions by collaborating with vendors.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in tracking out-of-stock products, generating reports, and placing orders.
• Vendor Management: Experience in coordinating with vendors and onboarding new suppliers.
• Research Skills: Ability to identify and evaluate new dental product vendors online.
• Order Management: Experience in placing orders based on stock requirements and handling related logistics.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with various communication platforms (WhatsApp, email, phone) and adapting to different vendor systems.
