GET ( Proposal )

Initiating and attending meetings along with seniors with prospective clients for business development and technical visits.
Obtaining relevant information from client via enquiry sheets, data sheets, etc.
Evaluation of clients requirements & preparing cost estimates for various projects.
Reviewing of EOI, BID documents, Technical Annexures, documents, drawings, etc.
Interaction with internal Teams to obtain relevant data inputs and information points for the preparation of proposals.
Understanding and analyzing technical specifications of technologies such as Process Boilers, Power Plant Equipment, Briquetting/Pelleting Plant, Biomass Fuel, Energy Efficiency, Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy, Bioenergy, Bio-CNG, etc.
Ensuring timely submission of Bid/proposals to Clients, Government Portals and Websites.
Drafting and Amendment of various business contracts/agreements.
Preparation and amending of various contracts/agreements.
Preparation of DPR (Detailed Project Report) along with Financial Modelling.
Compiling and collation of information from various departments and maintaining reports / databases related to Proposals and Tenders.
Interaction with Site Teams and maintaining various Feedback reports and updating the same on a daily/weekly basis to Management.
General IT and AutoCAD support to the Projects Team.
Provide support in terms of execution and assistance w.r.t daily tasks.

Competencies / Skills Required:

1. Good communication Skills and ability to work in Teams.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Working level proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualification: BE (Mechanical)

Work Experience: 0 -1 Year
