Trainee Engg / Process Engg. : - Proposal Marketing

• Proposal Development: Lead creation of technical and commercial proposals for water/wastewater projects.
  Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies. Identify potential business opportunities and manage tenders/RFPs.
  
• Client Interaction:
  Engage with clients to understand project requirements and regulations.
  Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business.
  
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  Coordinate with engineering, sales, finance, and legal teams for proposal creation.
  
• Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
  Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for proposals.
  
• Proposal Presentation:
  Present finalized proposals to clients and highlight technical/commercial benefits.
  
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain organized records of proposals and client communications.
  
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated on industry advancements and provide feedback on proposal processes. Mandatory Key Skills (atleast 1) > Proven experience in technical proposal development and marketing in the water and wastewater industry.
  Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and industry standards.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.

Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in site assessments.
