Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Puniska Injectables - Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for a candidate with CA/Inter CA qualification with experience of leading a team of 2-3 executives for end-to-end accounting in Pharma manufacturing company.

1. Reviewing all accounting transaction process in ERP.
2. Posting expense invoices by verifying proper tax code, accounting, and approval levels in ERP.
3. Finalization of Accounts
4. Capital/ revenue Expenditure
5. Review of GR/IR, Accrual accounts on monthly basis
6. Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly closure activities including but not limited to review of Provision, prepaid, Lease entries, inter-company passing various journals necessary to close the accounts.
7. Finalization of balance sheet
8. Handling and Monitoring books of accounts
9. Preparation of GSTR 1 & 3B on Monthly basis and get its audit and filing done on Monthly basis
10. Preparation of GSTR 9 and get its audit and filing done.
11. To get the Audit of Books of Accounts on half yearly basis by auditors.

Preparation of Quantitative Records on Weekly basis and presenting the same to Directors on
Weekly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Inter C.A. 10+ years of experience in any Manufacturing Organization.
