Position Location: Jaipur: Gurugram

Reports To: Senior Manager Commercial Finance

What Were Looking For:

• CA , CPA (CPA or MBA a plus)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or FP&A (experience with SaaS/tech or manufacturing company a plus)
• Cost accounting experience a plus
• Must possess strong finance skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and solid business acumen
• Passion for using data to drive better decision decision-making and connecting operational metrics with financial results
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations and functions while utilizing resources effectively.
• Systems Knowledge & Experience
  
• Data Visualization (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
• Microsoft AX Dynamics (Net Suite, Quick books a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Direct day to day involvement of the cocompany'smpanys global commercial finance function for its $100M hardware product line
• Lead timely & well-controlled monthly financial close of the companys hardware product line.
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare technical accounting entries for inventory, accounts receivable, and liability accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of footnotes for SEC filings.
• Drive monthly close process and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform detailed balance sheet flux analysis to identify and explain key variances between periods.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies or unusual trends.
• Produce monthly product-level financial analysis and liaise with hardware operations leadership to promote results-driven commercial decision making.
• Partner with business leaders to analyze financial data, identify insights, and recommend actions.
• Facilitate timely and accurate data exchange from finance systems to accounting.
• Assess financial systems and drive optimization.
• Maintain key metrics and KPIs. Produce weekly/monthly report to business leaders.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
