Front-End Developer/Designer (2-3 Years of Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer/Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will combine design and development to create engaging, user-friendly websites for our clients, with a strong emphasis on React.js, GSAP, and responsive design principles. You should have experience in both the technical and creative aspects of web development, ensuring the final product is visually appealing, functional, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive, high-performance websites using modern front-end technologies.
Create dynamic and interactive user experiences by leveraging animation libraries like GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform).
Collaborate with design and back-end teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, visually stunning web interfaces.
Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate websites with third-party APIs and services for extended functionality.
Ensure websites are accessible, SEO-friendly, and secure by following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues across different browsers and devices.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in web design and development.

Requirements:
2-3 years of professional experience in front-end web development and design.
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js.
Proficiency in responsive design principles using frameworks like Bootstrap.
Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP to create engaging user interactions.
Strong eye for design with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
A portfolio showcasing your web development and design projects, including animations or interactive elements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack or task runners like Gulp.
Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
