We're seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our expanding team in Bangalore and assist in driving our extensive talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leading full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments. This role is available at our Bangalore office with a hybrid work arrangement (work from the office 3 days a week).
What will you do:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies,
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from creating job briefs to leading offer negotiations, while maintaining highly efficient relationships with hiring managers and teams, guiding them through the hiring process,
Source and engage passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and additional creative methods,
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assist candidates throughout the selection process,
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process,
Utilise data and recruiting metrics to identify and recommend process improvements,
Maintain and utilise the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for monitoring and reporting on candidates and the hiring pipelines,
Collaborate effectively with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, other HR teams, and the HR Business Partners.
What you will bring:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment, hiring for tech and non-tech roles,
Experience in active sourcing and finding passive talent,
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills,
Familiarity with ATS platforms (eg, Recruitee, Greenhouse, Workday),
Proven ability to assess talent and make sound hiring decisions,
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment,
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices in India,
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
