Job Description
- - Support in business development initiatives and participate in pitches to prospective clients - Client relationship ownership and management for multi-million / year accounts - Work with domain experts and clients to define project objectives, approach, plan and budget - Growth and mentorship of team members across the program management, creative and strategy domains - Revenue and resource management across the business & accounts - Oversee the overall program activities, controlling needs, schedule, cost and quality - Lead diverse multi-skilled teams to deliver integrated solutions that achieve measurable business results - Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives, including e-commerce and LINE platform integrations. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations, and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables. - Define project scope, goals, and milestones, and develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement solutions to ensure project success. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. - Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects. - Act as the client point of contact to manage and control program objectives - Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution - Keep track of project financials and deliver the programs as per the sold-as margins - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM, and share knowledge and insights with the team. - Best work out of our talented creative department.
- - Creatively driven and always keen to explore new routes to market - Excellent understanding of agency/creative/production processes - Experience as an Account Director or a Senior Account Manager with at least 5 years agency experience - Experience of managing financials across multiple projects - Natural leader with effective management and delegation skills - Highly effective written and verbal communication skills - Pro-active and organized, with particular attention to detail - Excellent influencing and negotiation skills - Confident and self-motivated - Maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels
- - Develop solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact - Own your assigned projects and campaigns, keeping clients informed of account direction and maintaining forward momentum on campaign projects - Determine how best the client’s brief can be met with consultation of the wider team as required - Liaise closely with the strategic planning team to understand the competitive environment - Encourage creative colleagues to develop best-in-class work in line with required strategic direction - Effectively present agency work/proposals to clients and support other team members and agency colleagues - Attend regular client status meetings and review both status and contact reports - Actively manage and take responsibility for campaign finances
