Job Description
- Ensure the timely implementation of all study activities across the three study sites ensuring adherence to the proposed timelines and objectives
- Facilitate effective liaison with the three study sites and other collaborating institutes to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Handle Ethics Committee application submission, codal documentation, CTRI submission and all other Scientific and administrative compliances within the institute and at the funding agency.
- Contribute to the qualitative components of the study including the development of qualitative guides, protocols, training manuals and resources, data collection, data analysis and manuscript writing along with other team members.
- Develop and manage the project s database systems, ensuring robust data management practices.
- Perform regular data quality checks, qualitative analysis and contribute to the manuscript writing along with other team members
- Assist in the development of an AI-based interface informed by survey and qualitative findings, ensuring the integration of evidence-based insights
- Ensure timely submission of Study Reports and other documentation to ICMR and the Ethics Committee throughout the study duration.
- Any other task assigned by VP (Research) pertaining to the above role.
- First-class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with three years experience or PhD.
- Second-class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with PhD and three years experience.
- Around 03 Years of Experience.
- Must have handled a minimum of five projects relevant to the requirement as Principal Investigator or Co-PI.
- For Engineering/IT/CS-First Class Graduate degrees of Four Years with Five years experience.
- Demonstrate research and programme experience in public health-related project management, including planning, execution and monitoring
- Proficiency in Qualitative Research methods, including the development of protocols, tools, implementation, managing data collection, and analyzing data
- A strong publication record showcasing research contributions in the areas of tobacco control, cessation, or public health
- Proficiency in using Research Software (NVivo, ATLAS.ti)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft high-quality scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations
- Fluency in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively in both written and spoken formats.
