Product Manager - SaaS (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.

- Prioritize product features and roadmaps based on customer needs and business value.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.

- Represent the product team to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience working with remote teams (a plus)
