Senior Product Manager - SaaS (5-9 yrs)

- As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that align with our business goals.

- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver impactful, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

- This role requires a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market demands, setting shortand long-term goals.

- Roadmap Development: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align on product goals, resolve challenges, and deliver solutions that meet market demands and delight users.

- Customer Insights & Market Research: Gather, analyze, and interpret customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-release optimization.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for product updates, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on product priorities and progress.

- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, using data to make informed decisions and optimize product strategy.

Required Qualifications:.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of managing the lifecycle of successful products; experience in a senior or leadership role is preferred.

Technical Skills:.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.

- Proficiency in product management tools (e. , JIRA, Confluence, Aha!) and data analysis tools (e. , Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

- Familiarity with design tools (e. , Figma, Sketch) and wireframing to support UX discussions.

Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
