Job Description
E-commerce product executive as an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and optimizing the customer journey for healthcare products. You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce platform, implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings.
Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media channels to drive traffic and enhance online visibility.
Customer Experience Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, from website navigation to post-purchase support.
Monitor customer feedback and address inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure a cohesive online presence.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance related to e-commerce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
