Senior Designer UI / UX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape exceptional digital experiences for our partners. As a Senior UI/UX designer, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, creating intuitive interfaces, and enhancing overall usability.

Your creative problem-solving skills and user-centric mindset will contribute to the success of our products and services. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are both functional and aesthetically appealing.

Role & Responsibility:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Complete understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with usability testing techniques and user research methodologies.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of front-end development and technical feasibility is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is advantageous.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Proven experience as a Senior Designer UI / UX or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Keen in applying user research, user-needs validation, and usability evaluation. Excellent understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles.
• You understand the importance of behavioral analytics and you go by data-driven decisions when needed.
• A good understanding of Frontend principles to guide the team from an engineering point of view.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2+ years of experience in designing digital products.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and In-Vision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field
