SAP PM Functional Consultant (1-3 yrs)

Salary : 3 - 25 LPA

Job Description :

Years of experience required : 0-3 years

- Maintaining of standardised best practice approach to Supply Chain Management from a process and SAP perspective

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate

system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product

modifications to satisfy clients' needs

- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders eg SAP Solution

Managers, Supply Chain leadership, site super-users, other work stream leads

- Ensure business process reliability and efficiency

- Manage key KPI's and have clear actions in place whenever deviations occur

- Support the Technical Resource/Container Manufacturing Lead with the creation and administration of budgetary, GFI, asset intensity and compliance reports

- Support the technical department by owning the technical library and implementing 5S

standards to control

- Design, customize, configure and testing of PM

- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software

problems.

- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;

- Document functional designs, test cases and results.

- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
