As part of the Salesforce team and as a Salesforce Administrator, you will have the opportunity to manage system configurations and support smooth Salesforce operations.
In addition, you would:
Perform daily administrative tasks such as managing users, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Configure Salesforce features, including flows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
Manage Service Cloud configurations like case management, queues, and support processes.
Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues and queries related to Salesforce functionality.
Monitor data quality and perform routine maintenance tasks, including data imports/exports and deduplication.
Assist in testing and troubleshooting system enhancements and bug fixes.
Assist in creating training materials and delivering user training sessions to enhance adoption.
Maintain and update documentation for system configurations and processes.
Work closely with developers and senior administrators to implement business requirements.
Support senior team members in gathering requirements and preparing reports and dashboards.
Who are we looking for?
2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: Objects/Fields/Record Type creations, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages creation and assignment, flows, email integrations, roles, sharing rules, and user management.
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features such as case management, queues, and knowledge base.
Familiarity with data management tools like Data Loader.
Proven experience working with Service Cloud.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is preferred.
Basic understanding of Apex and Salesforce API is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are highly desirable.
