Automation Tester For Web App - Work From Home

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our team. The candidate will ensure our web app widget functions flawlessly across various scenarios and devices. This role is vital in delivering a seamless, bug-free experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Test the web app and widget regularly.
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to avoid recurring issues.
• Test across devices, browsers, and operating systems.
• Generate detailed reports on test results.
• Suggest improvements for better user experience.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Experience testing web apps and widgets, preferably in Shopify.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Agile processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience with automation tools.
