Role & responsibilities
1. Experience in training delivery for a minimum of 1 year in the BPO (international ) sector.
2. Should have hands-on experience in instruct led training for new hires.
3. Absolute flexibility with working in any shifts as per business requirements.
4. Experience in process training.
5. Coaching and mentoring abilities to support individual employee development.
6. Should be a quick learner.
7. Should have attention to detail.
8. Good hands on with MS OƯice Products (Forms, Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
General Job Description
1. The ideal candidate should have experience in process/product training.
2. Good communication skills managing instructor-led training sessions.
3. Excellent in tracking and follow-ups with stakeholders.
4. Capability in managing a training session for up to 30 people in a batch.
5. Identifying training needs.
6. Conducting refresher/sensitization sessions based on the training need identification.
7. Continuously evaluates the eƯectiveness of the training and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Performance and Process reporting for Internal stakeholders.
9. Should possess problem solving skills to address ad-hoc concerns during training execution.
Preferred candidate profile
• Degree of Bachelors in any stream is mandatory.
