Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

1. D365FO SCM Consultant: 4-8 years

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Expertise in the following SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management and Advance Warehouse Management.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle in D365FO SCM, including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to work with clients to understand their supply chain processes and translate them into D365FO functional requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with a consulting firm and handling multiple clients/projects is an added advantage.
