Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM - Functional consultant
Designation: Consultant (CON) / Senior Consultant (SC) / Deputy Manager (DM)
Location: All Protiviti Locations
Shift Timing: General

Experience : 3 -8 years
Work Mode: Work from office
Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits/Compensation.
• Design job positions, grade structures, and manage performance and goals within the HCM system.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits processes.
• Create and configure Fast Formulas for tailored business processes.
• Design and generate OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time while meeting specific KPIs.
• Work closely with business units to ensure smooth implementation and effective use of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
