Senior Consultant - Information Security (1-3 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled IT Security - Sr. Consultant to manage and implement Forcepoint and Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data security, ensure compliance with regulations, and minimize risks to sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Forcepoint and Symantec DLP solutions.

- Develop and fine-tune DLP policies to enhance accuracy and minimize false positives.

- Provide expert advice on data leakage prevention strategies and policy development.

- Monitor, analyze, and respond to DLP alerts and incidents.

- Perform regular system administration tasks, including upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with business units to identify, classify, and secure high-value data assets.

- Conduct root cause analysis for DLP-related issues and recommend preventive measures.

- Document solutions and maintain a centralized knowledge base for DLP fixes and processes.

- Support compliance and regulatory audits by ensuring alignment with data security standards.

Required Skills :

- Graduation/B.tech in CS

- Proven experience in implementing and managing DLP solutions, specifically Forcepoint and Symantec.

- Expertise in DLP endpoint, discovery, web, and email modules.

- Strong understanding of organizational network architecture and data security protocols.

- Knowledge of system patching, version upgrades, and proactive measures for tool optimization.

- Proficiency in handling DLP incidents and supporting incident response processes.

- Ability to collaborate with business groups and stakeholders to secure sensitive data.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
