Position : Insides Sales
Responsibilities: -
Identify potential customers through research, cold calls, and emails.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and maintain a steady pipeline. Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs.
Manage and update the CRM with lead and opportunity data.
Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and close deals. Work closely with the sales team to provide customized solutions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Attend seminars and events and build connects within industry.
Maintain accurate sales records, including lead status, conversions.
Requirements: -
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity domain.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools like Excel.
Familiarity with MS-office for Sales Presentation, Proposals & Solution Documentation Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Collaborate with team members to achieve better result Selling cyber security product or solution will be an added advantage
Added advantage will be able to use different platforms for lead generation eg. Lusha
