IT hardware Engineer

Engineer should do OS installations windows and Linux, printer setup, hardware accessories upgrade, shouldnhave basic netowkring knowledge and should do basic networking. Need to visit field calls when needed as per customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Operating System Installation & Configuration:
Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems on desktops, laptops, and servers.
Troubleshoot OS-related issues, including boot problems, driver conflicts, and software errors.
Perform system updates, patches, and security hardening.
Printer Setup & Maintenance:
Install and configure local and network printers.
Troubleshoot printer connectivity, printing quality, and paper jam issues.
Perform basic printer maintenance, such as cleaning and replacing consumables.
Hardware Upgrade & Maintenance:
Upgrade computer hardware components, such as RAM, hard drives, SSDs, and graphics cards.
Diagnose and resolve hardware failures.
Perform preventative maintenance on computer systems
