Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation activities.
Develop and execute effective strategies for generating new business.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Networking:
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential customers and partners.
Develop and maintain a strong professional network.
Leverage networking connections to generate leads and referrals.
In-Person Customer Visits:
Schedule and conduct in-person visits with end customers to understand their needs and present company products and services.
Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Cold Calling:
Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services and qualify leads.
Develop and refine cold calling scripts and techniques.
Overcome objections and handle rejection effectively.
Track cold calling activity and results.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
Maintain accurate records of lead qualification and follow-up activities.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage the sales pipeline and track progress through each stage of the sales process.
Forecast sales revenue and identify potential challenges.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.
