DevOps Manager - CI/CD Pipeline (4-6 yrs)

Your strong understanding of database management systems, especially Postgres, will be vital in architecting robust solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI for automated testing, building, and deployment.

- Implement monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic, and set up alerting systems for performance issues.

- Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure, including AWS and on-prem data centers, ensuring security and compliance.

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, overseeing coaching and performance management.

- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

What We Are Looking for :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant experience of DevOps engineering and team management experience.

- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.

- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of database management systems, particularly Postgres.

- Experience with both cloud (AWS) and on-premises infrastructure.

- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools, especially Prometheus.
