Proposal Engineer

1.To prepare Costings and Proposals as per the received enquiries in an accurate manner.

2. Forwarding Enquiry sheets to Clients for understanding their requirements.

3. Evaluation of Clients requirements & preparing cost estimates of projects.

4. Interaction with other Teams for obtaining relevant data and information on a daily basis.

5. Understanding and analyzing technical specifications of Process Boilers, Power Plant

Equipment, and technologies related to Biomass Fuel, Renewable Energy, Bioenergy, Bio-CNG,
etc.

6. Accompanying Seniors for Site Visits and Business Development Meetings.

7. Preparation and amending of various contracts/agreements.

8. Working on and compiling information for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports.

9. Drawing, AutoCAD support to Design Team.

10.Maintaining Reports and Databases related to enquiries and proposals.

11. Interaction with Site Teams and maintaining various Feedback reports and updating the

same on a daily/weekly basis to Seniors / Management.

12. Provide support in terms of execution and assistance wrt daily tasks.

Competencies / Skills Required:

1. Good communication Skills

2. Ability to work in Teams.

3. Proficiency in MS Office

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualification - BE (Mechanical)

Experience Required - 3 to 8 Years

Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
