Human Resource Executive

Proponent Technologies is looking for an extrovert, skilled, and enthusiastic HR professional to join our growing team at our Dehradun Office.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Developing a new database by making fresh calls, and cold calls.
• Screen candidates resume and job applications
• Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, etc
• Sourcing the right profiles from the Job Portals by performing an appropriate search.
• Sourcing suitable candidates within timelines against each open position.
• Using various sourcing channels for identifying relevant candidates like job portals, social media & referencing.
• Screening of profiles as per the mandates shared.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social sites like Linked-IN, Facebook, etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess the applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote the companys reputation as the best place to work
• Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
