Position objective:
The Inside Sales Manager drives the remote sales operation, overseeing a team of inside sales executives.
This role involves developing strategies to increase inside sales volume and improve customer relations while ensuring the team meets its performance targets.
Key responsibilities areas:
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive actual sales revenue (realized cash flow)- through self and team.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to boost remote sales performance and expand market reach.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales metrics, monitor team performance, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Customer Relations: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds strong remote relationships with electronics and furniture retailers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service departments to refine sales processes and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in hindi speaking, retailer led segments
- Demonstrated success in managing a remote sales team.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance analysis tools.
- Overall remote sales revenue generated.
- Team performance and individual sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Effectiveness of strategic initiatives and process improvements.
