Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive in our EdTech company, you will play a key role in driving our growth by connecting with educational institutions, educators, and learners. You will focus on generating leads, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Generation:
Identify and target potential customers, including colleges, and training centers.
Promote and sell EdTech products and services to institutions, educators, and individual learners.
2) Lead Management:
Generate, nurture, and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in the CRM system and track progress.
3) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the product or service's value.
4) Product Expertise:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s EdTech products and services.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for prospective and existing customers.
5) Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Develop and execute strategies to close deals efficiently and effectively.
6) Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights.
7) Reporting:
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of EdTech products, the education sector, or a passion for learning is a plus.
Personal Traits:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel if required.
