Senior Technical Manager - Azure Technologies (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- 10+ years of application development using Azure DevOps, .NET Framework, Asp.Net MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Design and implement DevOps practices using Azure technologies.

- Manage the deployment infrastructure in an Azure environment.

- Work with software development teams to ensure reliable application deployment.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills on websites with complex UIUX.

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Should be familiarity with web accessibility standards.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services: App Services, telemetry monitoring, Functions, Active Directory, Redis, Microservices.

- Strong knowledge of design principles, including Responsive Web Design and progressive enhancement/graceful degradation techniques.

- Set up and manage processes around estimations, development, QA, deployments, and production rollout.

- Should be a great team player and should be able to manage/motivate the team.

- Should bring in the continuous improvement mindset into the team.

- Lead/Run scrums, manage/review deliveries, and report project status/health daily, weekly, and monthly.

- AEM background is a huge plus.

- Ajax, JSON, XML.

- Angular/React JS would be good to have.

- Experience with Application Insights and monitoring tools.

- Knowledge of application registration and authentication processes.

- Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance.

- Professional written and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.

Secondary Skill :

- Handling project documentation and metrics required.

- Resolve conflicts and Organize team initiatives.
