Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Fintech, NBFC, or EdTech sales are highly preferred.
Offered Salary Range:- 10-14 LPA
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any South Indian language such as Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.

We are looking for a dynamic Non-Tech Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us identify, attract, and onboard top talent to drive our business forward.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bengaluru and would be managing entire south market.
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to sales, managing and building relationships with colleges / universities / DSA , achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
- The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and team management.
This role involves:
- Leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets.
- Partnering with stakeholders to build strategic tie-ups and drive conversions.
- Selling ROI-based products to effectively communicate value and build trust with partners.
- We're looking for professionals with experience in education financing or personal loans (PL), or home loans (HL) who have successfully sold ROI-based solutions and have strong team management skills.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good understanding of the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in B2C SAAS/Payments/Financial Services or related role is preferred
