Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Develop and deliver curriculum, course materials, and assessments in alignment with the universitys standards.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research work, and career development.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals/conferences, and secure research grants.
- Participate in departmental activities, faculty meetings, and curriculum development.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations and contribute to the universitys research initiatives.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and administrative responsibilities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Computer Science & Engineering and incorporate them into teaching and research.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field. Candidates with an M.Tech./M.E. with significant teaching and research experience may also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 03 years (for entry-level positions); prior teaching experience is an advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in core areas like Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Software Engineering.
- Research & Publications: A strong record of research, publications in reputed journals/conferences, and experience in research project execution.
- Communication & Teaching Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Software & Tools: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and tools related to AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
- Commitment to Student Success: Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in software development, AI/ML, networking, or cybersecurity.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity).
- Experience in securing research grants and working on funded projects.
