JD for Operation & HSE Engineer ( 2.8 - 5 LPA Package)
Receiving enquiry from regular customer
Preparing Design & BOM within time limit
Preparing Costing within time limit
Sending the quotation to customer within time limit
Follow-up for the customer PO & Vendor registration
Receiving PO from customer
Sending MRP to store for the projects
Completing the production within time with as per BOM and DWG
Prepare quotation tracking report
Do the follow-up for the customer payments
After calculations
Primary responsibility is to make sure safety of Personnel and Equipment across Pronk
premise and at Packaging sites
Know the site safety requirements and relevant government regulations and ensure
their implementation
Provide and maintain safe working environment for all workers and staffs
Participate effectively in Job safety analysis, HSE inspection, walk - downs and
meetings.
Effectively support site team and HSE team to achieve and comply with legal and
contractual standards
Participate and facilitate motivational programs for all workers and staffs
Record, Analyse and provide corrective actions in near miss and incident investigation
as and when required
Prepare toolbox talk
Prepare monthly statistics of Manhours and transportations
Prepare the checklist of Pronk vehicles conditions
Prepare Accident reports and its corrections
Participate in Management meetings
Arrange and educate safety classes/Trainings
Inspection of Fire extinguishers across premise
Factory layout plan and exit doors tutorials
Maintainer of discipline among all employees and workers
Maintainer of First Aid Box and necessary accessories for First Aid
