Chatbot Developer - Artificial Intelligence (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an AI Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants.

The ideal candidate should have experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing), Machine Learning, and chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.

You will work closely with our development and product teams to create seamless conversational AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore. ai, or OpenAI GPT.

- Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to improve chatbot interactions.

- Integrate chatbots with third-party APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

- Train and fine-tune AI/ML models for better response accuracy.

- Develop multi-channel chatbot solutions for web, mobile apps, social media, and voice assistants (Alexa, Google Assistant).

- Optimize chatbot performance through A/B testing and user behavior analysis.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to enhance chatbot functionality.

- Maintain and update chatbot content based on user feedback and analytics.

- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in chatbot development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

- Strong experience in chatbot development using Dialog flow, Rasa, Watson Assistant, Kore.ai, or Microsoft Bot Framework.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.

- Knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning models (e.g, spaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience in integrating chatbots with APIs, CRMs, and databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of chatbot analytics and user behavior tracking.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
