Finance & Accounting Manager - CA - Contractual (5-10 yrs)

Job Type : Contractual (6 Months)

Location : Jewar

Work mode : 4 days work from office and 1 day work from home (5 days work week)

Job Requirements:

1. CA with 5-10 Years of experience.

2. Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS.

3. Perform IFRS discounting and other technical accounting tasks.

4. Manage month end closure processes.

5. Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures.

6. Review and approve invoices and payments.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement SOPs.

8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on accounting related matters

9. Manage the chart of accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.

10. Utilize SAP and other accounting software to perform tasks efficiently.

11. Embrace digitization and automation to improve accounting processes.

12. Coordinate with auditors during statutory, IFC, Internal and other audits.

13. Guidance and supervision to learn on related matters.

14. Proficient in accounting principles, including IND AS and IFRS.

15. Strong technical accounting skills, including IFRS discounting.

16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

17. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

18. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
