Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Full Stack Development:
Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable full-stack applications.
Implement responsive user interfaces and integrate with server-side logic.
Develop and maintain database schemas and queries.
Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings.
Provide mentorship and support to team members.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions.
Qualifications:
. Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and
back-end technologies.
Strong proficiency in languages such as JavaScript (Node.js and/or React/Angular/Vue),
HTML, CSS, and a back end language (e.g., Python, Java, or Ruby).
Experience with database management systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Previous experience in a team lead or mentorship role.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
