Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, cold calling, and scheduling demos to drive company revenue.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and schedule demos.
- Support pre-sales activities and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment team to achieve revenue targets.
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in IT Sales and SAAS sales.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into potential clients.
- Proficiency in market research and CRM tools.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
