Data Entry Operator (Typing Speed 22WPM) - Freshers -Pune

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately and efficiently. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in data management and will provide comprehensive training on the tools and systems used. The role requires a minimum typing speed of 22 words per minute and a keen eye for detail.

Role & responsibilities

• Accurate data entry and maintenance of information in the database.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Assist in generating reports and outputs from the data entered.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data flow and support operational tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Typing speed of at least 22 words per minute (WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and data entry software.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
