Job Description
- The Global Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for successful project delivery within the Global Infrastructure portfolio of projects
- This role drives successful project execution following PMO and Financial Management policies and processes
- Project Manager is accountable for the coordination of all project-related activities, completeness and accuracy of project plans, status reporting, SDLC Deliverables, forecasting, and cost tracking
- The Project Manager collaborates with IT Solution Partners, IT Engineers, Business SMEs, IT RM&C (Compliance), IT PMO, and Finance teams stakeholders to proactively identify and effectively mitigate risks, and timely address issues
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects focusing on project initiation/execution, detailed planning, project plan quality and integrity, project resource management, effective communication, project financial updates timing and accuracy, and SDLC deliverables.

- Vendors - MSP s, Software, Hardware and Cloud providers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT Project Management within structured PMO operations.
- PMP Certification preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Detailed understanding of effective scheduling and execution of IT projects.
- SDLC Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile.
- Regulatory Compliance/GxP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong grasp of foundational finance principles and project accounting within IT organizations.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
- Must be willing and able to work independently and handle simultaneous tasks.
- Attention to detail with the ability to view the larger picture.
- Consistently model behaviors of accountability and ownership through excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and group facilitation skills.
- High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, PowerBI experience a plus
- Strong understating of portfolitio management, project management and project tracking tools, ie Microsoft Project, Jira
