MS Teams Project Manager Job

Relevant Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Project Manager for the migration from Avaya to Teams Enterprise Voice.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and tracking of the project
• Responsible for maintaining all project artefacts including the plan, risks and issues log, and all status reporting
• Tracking the Project budget
• Identification, assignment of project tasks, driving task owner to meet commitments and due dates
• Responsible for end user, key business and stakeholder engagement

Skills and Qualifications

• Project Management certification.
• Proven track record in Project Delivery, with 5+ years of experience
• Strong in both waterfall and agile delivery
• Experience in migration projects.
• High degree of interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
• Experience in using the Microsoft application suite, with strengths in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate about problem solving and customer service, a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people and can communicate with all levels of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a team with a diverse skill set, location, and culture across different countries.
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
• Highly Organised.

Nice to have.

• Any experience in migrations from Enterprise Voice telephony platforms (such as Avaya) to Teams Enterprise is strongly preferred although not essential

Good understanding in telecommunications, Unified Communications technology preferred
