Project Manager (2-4 yrs)

SALARY : 6LPA - 12LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

- Performing requirements analysis.

- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

- Managing competing resources and priorities.

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Must have :

- Exceptional client/stakeholder management ability.

- Should be able to independently drive meetings/discussion to desired outcomes.

- Should be able to lead the team in the right direction as per the project plan.

- Should be able to setup right expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

- Attention to detail with an analytical mindset.

- Should be able to diligently plan for future steps of action basis the current project status and ensure adherence.

- Fluent in English and Hindi language

- High proficiency in MS Office tools and any one project management tool (PS Project, Zoho etc)

- Should have managed projects with both Indian and foreign clientele.

- Ability to steer clear through tough discussion with clients and internal stakeholders

- Should be able to think of possible solutions in adverse situations

- Ability to perform under pressure

Good to have :

- Basic understanding of design process

- Prior experience in handling design projects

- Project management certification (PRINCE2, CAPM, PMP)
