Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to management and clients.
• Utilize project management tools to track milestones and deliverables.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending process improvements.

Job Requirement

• 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or digital industry.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software (e. g. , Trello, Asana, Jira).
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in project management (e. g. , PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
