Key Responsibilities.

Project Planning and Execution:.

â—‹ Lead the charge in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

â—‹ Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while exceeding client expectations.

â—‹ Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure with precision and expertise.

Client Coordination:.

â—‹ Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication.

â—‹ Understand client needs deeply and translate them into detailed, actionable project requirements.

â—‹ Manage client expectations expertly and provide regular, insightful project updates.

â—‹ Foster strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Team Management:.

â—‹ Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers.

â—‹ Ensure effective collaboration, communication, and synergy among team members.

Qualifications.

Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce project management.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, Shopify Plus, Wix, or any other platform and overall operational strategies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as ClickUp, Trello, Confluence, or similar.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.
